Sportzaak.com cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improvement of) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Webhosting
- Siteground
We purchase web hosting and email services from Siteground. Siteground does not process personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Siteground has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Siteground is required under the confidentiality agreement.
Email and mailing lists
We use Google’s services for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Google does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
- Stripe
To handle a (part of) the payments in our online store, we use Stripe’s platform. Stripe processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in the context of this. All of the above-mentioned safeguards relating to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Stripe’s services for which they engage third parties. Stripe will not retain your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory deadlines.
Reviews

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur then you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics

If you place an order with us it is our job to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL and DHL to carry out the deliveries. For this it is necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL and DHL. PostNL and DHL only use this data for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that PostNL and DHL engage subcontractors, PostNL and DHL will also make your data available to these parties.
- Oosterberg
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the logistics services of Koninklijke Oosterberg B.V. to carry out the deliveries. For this it is necessary that we share your name, email, address and order with Oosterberg. Oosterberg only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement.
External sales channels

We sell (part of) our items via the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. We use this information to handle your order. We handle your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.

We sell (part of) our items via the Marktplaats.nl platform. If you place an order via this platform, Marktplaats.nl will share your order and personal data with us. General purpose of the processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to – other than at your request to contact you at a later time, we ask for your explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days.
