TEAM LEADER LOGISTICS
Responsibilities
Operations management: You will coordinate all logistics activities in our state-of-the-art warehouse.
Optimisation: You develop and implement strategies to optimize our logistics processes and improve efficiency.
Cooperation: You work closely with other departments to ensure that our logistics activities run seamlessly.
Safety management: You make sure that you and every team member knows the safety procedures. And make sure the work space is safe to work.

This varies from picking, packing, returns and other departments. You will be part of one team with your own leader. However, we can ask you to work on other departments as well. If you have experiences in one of our processes (as a logistics employee) or have a preference for a department, please mention this in your application.

You are responsible for a marketing and user research for your sport;
- You are responsible for the customer journey within your sport;
- You are responsible for business performance (sales, returns & margin);
- You draw up a content marketing plan;
- You use marketing campaigns to stimulate incremental revenue for your sport;
- You support the implementation of circular economy models.
